Shipping:

Standard international shipping rate: $20

Free standard shipping on orders over $400 worldwide

We ship globally via DHL express tracked shipping. Please allow 7-10 business days for standard shipping. 

Production Lead Time:

Each piece is hand-crafted by Cultural Heritage artisans in Chengdu. Please anticipate a turnaround time of up to 7 working days. Due to the dedication of our small team of skilled artisans, turnaround times may vary slightly during peak seasons. We prioritize quality craftsmanship and will keep you informed if your order experiences a longer than usual lead time. We sincerely appreciate your patience.

Kindly note that the shipping transit time does not encompass the production time required to prepare your order. The total time until your package arrives will be the production lead time plus shipping time to your location.

Quality Assurance:

If you receive any defective or damaged items, kindly notify us using the Contact form or via email within three days of receiving the products. Our guarantee extends to potential manufacturing defects. However, it's important to note that ONEFINEDAY cannot assume responsibility for damages caused by improper usage, negligence, or aesthetic changes and defects resulting from regular wear and tear, aging, or oxidation.

Returns:

Our return policy spans 14 days from the date of item receipt. 

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn, and unused condition with tags, and in its original packaging. A valid receipt or proof of purchase is necessary. ONEFINEDAY reserves the right to reject any returned item(s) that do not meet the above requirements, and notification via email will be provided if a return is rejected.

Upon acceptance of your return, we will provide a return shipping label and detailed instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. Customers are responsible for the return/exchange shipping costs and all taxes and import duties related. If a product defect or error on our part is acknowledged, we will cover the return shipping expenses.

Exceptions/Non-refundable items

Products purchased as ‘final sale’ cannot be for return or exchange, except in the case of a manufacturing defect.

For hygiene reasons, we unfortunately cannot process returns for earrings. Custom orders are also non-returnable. We appreciate your understanding.

Exchanges:

To expedite getting your preferred item, the quickest method is to return the current item. Once the return is approved, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. 

Refunds:

Upon receiving and examining your return, we will inform you of its status and whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed through your original payment method within 10 business days.
